In the time that I wasn't posting in the blog, I'd frequently overhear things that would make me think, "I've got to post that" before I remembered I was no longer in the blog business. I'd jot these down on whatever piece of paper happened to be handy in the hopes that I'd locate them in the future. As I find these little scraps that represent the goings on around me over the past few months I'll share them with the world. This is my favorite. (As a little background, for part of the time I was gone I lived in Boston's South End, a picturesque, gentrified, over-priced, extremely pleasant little neighborhood near the Back Bay and the Boston Public library. The South End also happens to be extremely gay)
Two men, one shorter than the other, in their late 20s/early 30s walking down Dartmouth St. at about 9:00 pm. The shorter of the two men is talking in an extremely animated fashionOH MY GOD! Really, he's AMAZING! He's like the Pedro of gay softball!
On a separate note. In my travels I have rarely had to wear business suits or even ties for the most part. Today, however, I had a client meeting. So, if I do say so myself, I'm looking quite nice in a new overcoat, nice suit, and a new tie given to me by nm over at seeking_irony. That chick may not be able to find irony, but she can locate a sharp tie.
